Client Services Manager

Mixpo is looking for a Client Services Manager, who will work closely with a variety of customer contacts on a daily basis to train, share best practices, launch, analyze and optimize campaigns, help with advertiser pitches as needed, and provide general account support – all with a goal of driving faster adoption and utilization of the Mixpo platform, and achieving high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a strong account management background working with clients in an interactive advertising agency or advertising technology business, with a thorough understanding of online advertising campaigns. This role requires strong project management skills including exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, managing client expectations, meeting deadlines, multi-tasking, and managing across functional groups.

Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Manage existing partner relationships to drive further adoption, increase campaign renewals and optimize creative executions
  • Partner with sales to activate, train and successfully launch new clients
  • Provide daily support, best practices and insight to customers
  • Present campaign results and insights to maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Identify client needs and work with team members to provide online video advertising solutions
  • Provide regular account status updates via call reports and verbal communication

Specific job requirements include:

  • Minimum three years of client service experience at an online advertising technology, agency or publisher business
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Marketing or equivalent degree preferred
  • Knowledge of interactive advertising and online media. Rich media advertising experience preferred
  • Creative thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work successfully with teams, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong entrepreneurial attitude required
  • Experience in a startup or fast paced technology environment desirable
