Anupam Gupta
President + Chief Executive Officer
Anupam is responsible for directing Mixpo's overall vision and strategy. He has a ceaseless passion for solving the complex problems that ad agencies and media companies face in today's multi-media world. Anupam believes that the real needs of advertising and media clients provide the true roadmap for the business. Before joining Mixpo, he led the product management and marketing teams for several MSN online services at Microsoft. He holds an MBA from Cornell University and an undergraduate engineering degree in computer science from Birla Institute of Technology & Science in India.
Brian Cohee
Chief Technology Officer
Brian is the sage behind the Mixpo platform. He and his team consistently draw customer raves and accolades for the platform's power, simplicity and practical functionality. But they take their greatest pride in efficiently bringing our clients' ideas to life. Before joining Mixpo, Brian brought his experience and innovation to Internet trailblazers Netscape and Real Networks, and most recently Wavelink and Trumba. He has a PhD in Geophysics from Stanford University, M.S. from the University of Michigan, and B.A. from Whitman College.
Kate Reinmiller
Vice President, Client Operations
Kate brings over eight years of experience working closely with leading brands and agencies. She is passionate about delighting customers, surpassing expectations, and helping those she works with to achieve maximum success. At Mixpo she is charged with delivering stellar service to hundreds of publishing partners, agencies, and advertisers and building great partnerships with the many leading companies with which Mixpo collaborates. Before joining Mixpo, Kate spearheaded major marketing initiatives for Kaiser Marketing, working directly with clients to provide strategic solutions across multiple communication channels. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Management in Marketing and Information Systems from Tulane University.
Walter Harp
Vice President, Product Management & Marketing
Walter has served in senior product management and marketing roles in the online services space for nearly 15 years, most recently as team lead for some of Microsoft’s largest online consumer services which generate tens of billions of ad impressions each month. Prior to his seven years at Microsoft, Walter built and managed partnerships for the wireless division of AT&T, led product management as an executive for online publisher EarthWeb prior to its acquisition by The Internet.com Network, and founded and consulted a number of start-ups. Walter holds a Bachelor’s degree from Stanford and an MBA from Columbia.
Peter Goldstein
Vice President Sales & Business Development, Agencies
Peter's focus is building new relationships with future Mixpo buy-side partners and clients. To him, Sales is not about transactions, it's all about relationships. Before joining Mixpo, Peter built customer relationships for Entercom's digital platform, and served in executive sales and strategy roles at Clear Channel Interactive and Real Networks.
David Cole
Vice President Sales & Business Development, Publishers
David is empowering our publisher and ad network partners to capture additional revenue every day with Mixpo's technology. His combined experience in both traditional broadcasting and digital sales management makes him uniquely able to understand publisher objectives and challenges. He has held sales leadership roles with CBS and FOX television stations.

Matt McIlwain
Madrona Venture Group
Matt McIlwain focuses on a broad range of software-driven companies for Madrona. He currently serves on the boards of Farecast, iConclude, Isilon Systems, PayScale, Vykor, World Wide Packets and now Mixpo. He was on the boards of Performant (acquired by Mercury Interactive) and Nimble (acquired by Actuate) and was actively involved with TeamOn Systems (acquired by Research in Motion). Previously, he was Vice President of Business Process for the Genuine Parts Company (NYSE:GPC), a Fortune 250 company. He also was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, concentrating on strategy and marketing in the telecom, supply chain and financial service industries, and worked in investment banking at CS First Boston. Mr. McIlwain is a Technology Advisor to the Discovery Institute, a board member of Villa Academy, and advisory board member for Families Northwest. He and Greg Gottesman teach an annual course on venture capital in the University of Washington Executive MBA Program. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College, holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.
Jim Charlton

Jim Charlton brings 20 years of venture capital experience to GrowthWorks Capital. Jim joined the GrowthWorks team in 1996. He began his career with Discovery Enterprises, an early stage venture capital firm, and after eight years joined Ventures West Management. Jim has a BSC in Astronomy from UBC and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. Jim currently sits on the boards of Cellex Power Products, Chancery Software, Apparent Networks, Inc., Marqui Inc., and youachieve.com. Jim also sits on the Boards of the Canadian Venture Capital Association and the Monte Jade Science and Technology Association.
Jeff Lanctot
Razorfish
Jeff Lanctot is Razorfish's first Chief Media Officer, rejoining the agency he spent 10 years with pior to joining Microsoft. He works with Razorfish's largest media accounts and has input into the digital-media tools and technology used by agency siblings under Publicis Groupe's Vivaki umbrella.
At Microsoft he was the managing director of the Advertiser and Publisher Solutions (APS) Group, the technology platform that supports Microsoft Advertising. He worked on a variety of business development strategies with Microsoft’s partners in the advertising industry.
Prior to APS, Jeff was Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at aQuantive's Razorfish, one of the world's largest digital media agencies, where he oversaw partnership and investment strategies, as well as the development of the company’s capabilities in the U.S. and abroad. In his ten years with the agency, Jeff developed successful digital branding strategies for clients such as Disney, Coors, Expedia, Nike, Microsoft, Best Buy and WeightWatchers. Before serving as CSO, Jeff was senior vice president of global media where he oversaw the company’s media buying and planning business, managing more than $735 million in digital media spending. In that role he was tasked with building processes and teams to bring media capabilities to market. He also previously served as the General Manager of the Northwest region for Razorfish.
Jeff is a graduate of Washington State University and is a recipient of Advertising Age's "Media Maven" Award, MEDIAWEEK's "Media All-Star" award, B2B Magazine's "Best & Brightest Media Strategist" award, and was twice named one of Media Magazine's "50 Most Influential People in Online Advertising." He sits on the Board of Directors for Mixpo and AdExpose, and is an advisor to WealthVisor. He began his career with Deloitte Consulting.
Bill Shaughnessy

Bill Shaughnessy is eHealth’s President, Chief Operating Officer and a Board Member, responsible for the overall management, execution and day-to-day operations, including human resources, technology development and product management.
Previously, he was the Senior Vice President of Product Management at Yahoo! and prior to his tenure at Yahoo! he held senior management positions at Microsoft for over 15 years, including Global Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Services in the Advertiser and Publisher Solutions Group where he oversaw sales, marketing, field enablement, customer satisfaction and was responsible for driving global advertising revenue. Prior to this role, he was General Manager of Microsoft's Digital Advertising Solutions Business Group, responsible for strategy, product planning, product management and yield management. In addition, he held positions as the General Manager of Microsoft's International Online Services and Communications Services Business Groups.
Shaughnessy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.
